Mobile application Used to log issues and check status of the request. Logging Environment, Health and Safety Issues: 1. Select the type of issue you want to log. 2. Fill the form giving details of the issue. 3. Upload a photo, audio or video if you wish to provide more evidence of the issue while reporting. 3. Log the issue. Website Tracking and closure of the issues Issues logged from the mobile application are immediately available with the administrator who can review and assign requests to relevant department personnel. 1.
